Supporting businesses is my life’s work. I’ve spent over 15 years guiding, navigating, and building businesses, which has given me the unique ability to see an issue from all sides. I understand the entire business lifecycle as well as outside factors that can significantly affect business operations like legislation, business requirements for legal operation and licenses. My clients rely on me to be a highly-efficient and strategic voice of reason as well as their legal expert. I’m in my element when I’m helping my clients operate in their zone of genius, and I thrive when my clients’ businesses take off. My clients know that with me by their side, they will receive timely, aligned, strategic business guidance and legal advice that helps them make the most of their vision.

While you can tell I’m passionate about my clients succeeding, I also have the experience to back it up. I’m a proud graduate of Emory University and the Duke University School of Law and licensed to practice law in both Georgia and the District of Columbia. I started my career working as a public servant for the City of Baltimore and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. I then served as Counsel for Government Affairs at the American Coatings Association, where I provided legal and business advice to hundreds of companies. The companies I counseled ranged in size from Mom and Pop businesses to multinational billion-dollar corporations. In my next position, as Director of Product Stewardship at Henry Company, I worked with customers, employees, and vendors daily to increase revenue. This is the experience I offer my clients.
Everyone needs to recharge, so when I’m not working hard protecting your business interests, you’ll likely find me visiting parks around Atlanta, discovering new independently owned restaurants, or traveling to tropical destinations.
